When you order from a seller your return will be sent back to the seller instead of TheDrop.com. Seller return policies may vary. Some items do not qualify for return. For items not on sale, you generally have 14 days after you receive the product to return it. After 14 days from receipt of product, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
