Adidas is the largest sportswear manufacturer in Europe, and the second largest in the world. The brand dates back to 1949 and obviously needs no introduction, so we’ll share a fun fact that you probably didn't know. The name adidas actually came from the founder, Adolf “Adi” Dassler’s name. He used his nickname, Adi, and the first three letters of his last name, Das, to create adidas.
